I'm not really sure what to think of it if it's true. On one hand, I'll be so happy that he's in another movie, but on the other hand I don't envision him as Prince Dastan since the character is of Persian/Arab descent (at least to me). I guess this is coming from the fact that I have played the game myself.

I don't think that kind of movie would give him just a young fan base. There're a lot of adults who enjoy this kind of movie. I'd be interesting, in my opinion, to see that. And yeah, I'm also wondering about that enderwear campaign!

Garrett has always said he will only do good films he doesn't want to do films that will give him a young fan base so why would he do a disney film when he's currently filming hectic also has he really done a swedish underwear campaign if so i would love to see it i think its aload of bollocks

Half of the article (only part of it is posted here) is about Max Minghella being Armenian-born, playing some pop star that sounds like Borat… he's not of Armenian heritage, his heritage is Italian and Chinese, and he was born in the UK. Just sayin.

Wow!!! I like the game, but I hope Bruckheimer can get this movie to rock like he has done with Pirates. Never easy to turn a game into film, thinking back of the final fantasy efforts that failed quite miserably. I'll be rooting for Garrett, he'd make a hunky prince… :tongue:
