FICTION DICTIONARY
Fandom: A particular book or movie that is liked by members of a community.Canon: This is a term used to describe a story that stays true to the fandom you're writing about. The original characters, plot and verse are used in similar situations to that of the book/movie.
Fanon: This term refers to made up situations using canon ideas. One of the usual purposes of fanon is to fill in perceived contradictions or gaps in the canon, answer (or ask) questions that the source material either will not or cannot address, or simply hasn't addressed before.
AU: Alternative Universe. A story that sharply deviates from the canon of the book/movie. Most fanfics deviate in some way from the canon of a universe, but AU deviates in major ways.
Slash: Fanfiction that focuses on the romantic and sexual pairing of a same sex couple. Slash more commonly refers to male/male pairings, the female equivelant is named femslash.
Het: Fanfiction that focuses on the romantic and sexual pairing of a heterosexual couple. Male/female pairing.
OC: Original Character. A character created by the author of the fan fiction, as opposed to one already existing in canon.
OOC: Out-Of-Character. Refers to the behavior of (usually canon) characters in the story itself regarding whether or not they seem in-character. Much of the fan fiction that includes characters being OOC does so unintentionally, but it is sometimes done intentionally as well, often as a form of humor or to posit a "What if...?", such as in AU fiction.
RPF: Real Person Fiction. Fanfiction written about real people such as actors or musicians. For instance, fictional stories in which a person meets a singer or actor, or in which a relationship occurs between a fan and a celebrity.
Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu: A term used for characters that seem too perfect. Mostly OC characters are called a Mary-Sue (if it's a girl) or a Gary-Stu (if it's a boy). They usually happen to be good at everything and are friends with everyone.
Crossover: A fanfiction story that includes more than one book/movie. Usually, the characters from one story end up in the other story or the two worlds blend together.
Acid Pairing: Generally done in humor and parody fanfiction, these pairings take two (possibly more) characters that, under normal logic, would never be romantically involved. These pairings range from just plain odd to paraphilia. These pairings can be present in anything from AU fiction to cross overs, and are generally never taken seriously.
Fluff: A genre in which the story is devoid of angst and takes on a mood of light-hearted romance.
Songfic: A fanfiction created with lyrics of a song included that sets the tone for the story. The format of these stories is usually an alternation between song lyrics and narrative with the placement of the lyrics corresponding with the pace of the story.

Problems
I had to delete and re-install a recent version. The old one i didn't really cared much about the little problems but recently it just bugged the hell out me so i had to do something about it.
So writers, please re-register again and re-upload your stories. I know it's a pain!
Also i'm going to learn about the tinymce editor and image uploads. My brain can't take too much of this.
