Why Garrett?
Why did i start a fansite about Garrett Hedlund?
Friday Night Lights was the first movie of Garrett’s that i had seen. Even though there were little stories for the main characters, i was drawn to his performance as Don Billingsley, he was spot on as an abused son, wanting to make his dad proud by trying to play football the best he could. And i felt the anger and annoyance i had towards Tim McGraws character.
Four Brothers was the second movie, now i had referred my sisters to watch it because it was so good! I originally watched it because of Marky Mark and Andre 3000. It turned out to be a great choice, accidentally falling in like with Jack Mercer. Up to this, i did not know he was Don Billingsley. Gee, if you look at pictures of Jack & Don, you wouldn’t have guessed it was portrayed by Garrett Hedlund.
After Four Brothers, i decided to check on what other films the talented and gorgeous Garrett Hedlund had done, and at that time Four Brothers was his current movie and was a quiet season. Although there were already existing fansites, i had plenty of free time then and decided to create a new fansite. Geez, if you’ve been a fan of the fansite since day one, you would have seen how shocking the past 4 layouts have been.
To sum it all up, officially i’ve been a fan since Four Brothers, and the fansite have been online since March 2007.
I admire Garrett so much, i think he is a wonderful person and have a lot of potential for his acting career. I wish him the best and cannot wait to watch all the  movies he make.

2010; I met Garrett for the first time in San Diego and i must say by the end of the night, i felt very fortunate and damn proud of him. He is an extremely nice guy who loves his job and is VERY multi-talented. Meeting him has encouraged me to continue the longevity of the site with further dedication. I hope he has a long-lasting career, and i’d be sure to support him 100% along the way.
